Ticket Delivery Timeline

For manual-payment bookings, e-tickets are issued after payment verification and booking approval. Delivery is made to the registered email and account ticket section. Processing time depends on verification queue and payment proof quality.

Delivery Channels

Tickets are delivered digitally through in-app ticket records and email notifications. Users are responsible for using an active email and checking spam/junk folders if notifications are delayed.

Service Interruptions

We may experience temporary delays due to payment provider downtime, traffic spikes, fraud checks, or maintenance. During interruptions, users can contact support for booking status confirmation.

Support and Escalation

If your ticket is not delivered after payment approval, contact support with your order ID and payment reference. Our team will review records and provide a resolution or escalation update.
