Digital Ticket Nature
Tickets issued through this platform are digital service products. Once a booking is approved and the ticket is generated, it is considered delivered electronically and is generally non-returnable.
When Refunds May Be Allowed
Refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as confirmed duplicate payment for the same booking, technical issuance failure caused by platform error, or full event cancellation when the organizer confirms cancellation.
When Refunds Are Not Allowed
Refunds are typically not available for no-shows, late arrivals, change of mind, partial attendance, or policy violations. Requests made after ticket usage or successful entry validation are not eligible.
Processing and Charges
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment channel where possible. Payment gateway, bank, or handling fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
How to Request a Refund Review
To request review, contact support from your account support section and include booking ID, payment reference, and reason for request. Review outcomes depend on verification results and applicable organizer/event rules.
