We collect account, booking, and ticket validation data to operate event ticketing securely. Data is used for authentication, fraud prevention, payment processing, and attendee communication.

Ticket scans are logged with timestamps and scanner identity to prevent duplication and maintain audit trails. Payment credentials are processed by integrated payment providers and should not be stored in plaintext.

Users can request correction of profile information. Organizers can export attendee lists only for their own events. Access is controlled by role-based permissions.
